Octavius Core (TRI-FP) – Octave Propulsion Labs today issued a request for proposal (RFP) for what they term as ‘pest control’ throughout Octavian space.
“Recently, there has been significant conflux swarm activity in and around Octavian space,” remarked Zru Tudezaw from OPL. “OPL believes that there is significant benefit in keeping Octavian space lanes clear of the conflux pests. After consulting with Octavius CSD, there is strong evidence to suggest that clearing sectors of conflux will create ‘zero conflux activity’ (ZCA) windows within those sectors.
“As ever, OPL is taking a proactive path, and asking for interested parties to submit proposals for not only actively fighting swarms, but also working to create as many ZCA windows within Octavian space as possible – enabling those pilots who wish to further Octavian interests in other ways to do so in peace, without having to be concerned about conflux pests popping up.
“All proposals will be reviewed early next week, and the contract will be awarded shortly after a winner is selected.”
Proposals and questions should be submitted directly to OPL no later than 105.04.10 23:59 ET.
