SOLRAIN STATION (TRI-FP) – TRI issued an unconditional freeze on all economic transactions today. The freeze is due to new mandates on economic policies and technologies, currently being introduced into TRI managed stations around the known systems. “Although completely stopping trade may be viewed as a ‘drastic’ measure by the unenlightened grav-bound peoples, those of us in deep space understand the need for aggressive economic management,” stated Sarath V in a short informal press conference earlier. “The next generation of our economic model will soon be recognized for what it is, which is the pinnacle of civilized trading.” TRI’s official stance on when deep space trade will be allowed to resume is when it is ready.
