VARIOUS SECTORS – Reports coming in from active Conflux hunters indicate the alien menace is far more dangerous than originally expected. early sightings were mainly of the vessel now referred to by pilots as the “cow” or “squid” type. more recent reports describe a round, Conflux ship, nicknamed the “snail”, with much heavier armament. there are also rumors of a wedge-shaped Conflux ship, but these have yet to be firmly substantiated. Two or more types of armament have been associated with each Conflux design class, so a TRI pilot does not necessarily know just what he is dealing with until it opens fire. Continue reading
