(Danubia, Martius) For the first time in 50 years, the war helmet of Emperor Atticus VI will be made available for public display.
“The last time it was displayed was for the 100th anniversary of his death,” said Anto Islin, Legate for Danubia Province. “Emperor Septus felt it appropriate to made it available to the public again on the 150th anniversary of his death.”
The public display at the Imperial Heritage Museum in Danubia will begin tomorrow, 117.12.2 — the anniversary of Atticus’ death — and will continue until the end of the year.
Atticus VI (85 BT – 33 BT) is best known as the last Emperor of a unified Octavius. Atticus VI took that throne in 45.8 BT after the culmination of the Unification Wars. Atticus VI held the throne for just 12 years, dying at age 52
